Research on the Model of Petri-net-based Organization Design of Virtual Enterprise

Virtual enterprise is organization formal of digital manufacturing based on network environment. In this paper, the key elements in the process of organization design of Virtual Enterprise are obtained by analyzing the characteristic and mode of the life cycle of Virtual Enterprise and the model of the organization structure of Virtual Enterprise is presented. The dynamic and intercurrent building process of Virtual Enterprise is described by using the theories of Petri net. And then a workflow-net model of Petri-net-based organization design of Virtual Enterprise is proposed. At last, the correctness and soundness of the model are analyzed and proved, also it’s valuable theoretical foundation for the establishment and management of the organization structure of Virtual Enterprise.
