Do you know what is the maximum presentation size
in terms of MB?

If you require more you can always ask. But please make sure you are usin reasonable screensizes of your screencast. for example 2048 screenwidth could a bit too much. You could always reduce the size of the screen you capture.
On windows, just change your desktop size, let's say, to 800x600px, grab the full screen powerpoit using windows media encoder or any other application you like, and depending on your presentation, you could even reduce the output size.
