Manufacturing grid resource service scheduling based on trust-QoS

Current research works to grid quality of service (QoS) such as QoS modeling, QoS evaluation, QoS-based scheduling, etc., are mainly concentrating on the grid performance QoS attributes, but the trust-QoS attributes are ignored. The related works about manufacturing grid (MGrid) and QoS are investigated firstly. Then the classification and modelling of QoS in MGrid are investigated. The measurement and evaluation model of trust-QoS parameters in MGrid are presented. A trust-QoS based MGrid resource service scheduling framework is proposed. An application prototype, namely “Magnetic Bearing Resources Sharing & Service Platform under Manufacturing Grid”, is developed. It validates the proposed scheduling and algorithms.
