It has been mentioned in the conclusion section that "STEP may be seen as a tool to support knowledge representation and exchange as well as ontology-based domain modelling for knowledge management and machine learning strategies". Could you please give more clarification on how machine learning strategies can be used for knowledge exchange.

It would be better to give an example to illustrate the whole model. and what is the next work after building up this model?
