 <title>Towards Rapid Sheet Metal Forming</title>
 <link>http://conference.iproms.org/towards_rapid_sheet_metal_forming</link>
<description>&lt;p align=&quot;left&quot;&gt;This paper examines two techniques which have potentials for rapid sheet metal forming. The two techniques are dieless sheet metal forming and sheetmetal forming using reconfigurable tooling. For each technology, the mechanics of the manufacturing process, the equipment required, Computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) system, accuracy achieved and the economics are discussed. The research issues are also given consideration. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
