Information for Authors

Please ensure that you read this information as it provides details of the template, PDF converstion and submission of your paper to the conference.

Paper Template

All papers must be formatted according to the paper template, if you are requested by a reviewer to correct the formatting ensure that this is done for your final camera ready version otherwise we may have to reject your paper.

The paper template can be downloaded from here please remember that the maximum number of pages is 6.

PDF Conversion

All papers submitted to IPROMS 2008 must be in PDF format with paper size A4.

If you do not have the full version of Adobe Acrobat you can use PDF Creator (which is an Open Source alternative) to produce your PDF.

After you have converted your paper into a PDF file please ensure that it is still correctly formatted.

Paper Submission

To submit your PDF version of the paper please use the link given below, you will need to click on the 'Submit a Paper' link on the submission site and fill in the information requested and upload the paper.

Please note that if you are submitting a Student Paper please ensure you answer yes to the Student Paper question, if you fail to do this the paper will not be considered for the €300 best student paper prize.

Copyright Transfer Form

Once your paper has been accepted for the conference you will be requested to provide a copyright transfer form.

Deadlines

Extended Submission deadline: 28 April 2008

Notification of acceptance: 19 May 2008

Final Camera Ready paper submission: 9 June 2008
