How to post a forum question
Posting a question is very simple you'll be pleased to hear. Below you'll find a step by step guide on how-to ask a forum question. If you have any questions you can try posting a question yourself - trying is the best way of learning.
- Well first of all you have to be logged-in to the web-site, if you don't have an account then you'll need to create one. To do that just follow the 'Create new account' link on the right hand of screen in the User login section.
- If you're reading this then I'd guess you've found the Support forum, but if you got here some other way click on 'Support' it's in the top right of the screen.
- Once in the Support forum, click on 'Post new forum topic'
- Enter a title for your question, then go to where it says Body: and enter your question into the text area underneath it
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click either Preview (to preview your post) or Submit (to actually submit your post)
- Please make sure you press 'Submit'
