1. Go to general discussion
2. Click on Post new topic
3. Enter the topic of the discussion in the "Subject" window.
4. Enter your message in the "Body" window.
5. Tick "IPROMS 2006" in the "Audience" field.
6. Click "Preview".
7. Edit the message if required.
8. Press "Submit".
